Removing Patients from a Standing Order

Patients can be manually removed from a Standing Order through the Standing Order Detail window, or by inactivating the Standing Order prescription on the patient's Profile. Once removed from the Standing Order, the patient is listed under Patients not assigned to this Standing Order in the Standing Order Detail window, and the patient's prescription is inactivated. A prescription note is created, indicating the patient was removed from the Standing Order.
